1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information once the order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond RNew's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical challenges, will be communicated promptly.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout and included in the total order value.
  • Charges may vary based on the product category, delivery location, and shipping method.

4. Tracking Information

  • Customers will be provided with a tracking ID to monitor the shipment status through the courier partner's website or app.

5. Packaging Standards

  • All items are packed securely to ensure safety during transit.
  • In case of damage during transit, customers must notify RNew within 24 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video for verification.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the package may be returned to RNew. Reshipping will incur additional charges.

7. Restricted Delivery Locations

  • RNew may not deliver to certain remote or restricted areas. Customers will be informed during the checkout process if their location is not serviceable.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, RNew ships only within India. International shipping is not available.
