Return Policy
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Period
- Customers must report functional issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- A video demonstrating the issue must be shared with RNew at the following contact details:

2. Return Verification
- The issue raised must be verified by RNew.
- If the return reason is approved, the customer will receive a refund within 7 days of RNew receiving the product and all included accessories.
3. Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Any tampering with the internal seal of the device will void the return claim.
- Physical or cosmetic damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video.
4. Refund Scale (for Refurbished Devices)
If a return is requested due to RNew's inability to repair or replace the product, a refund will be issued based on the following depreciation schedule:
